NOTE: The recorder failed to function on Wednesday, September 3, so there is no podcast for Day 5.

On the first make-up day on Thursday, September 4, the class finished its discussion of World-Wide Volkswagen and the role of foreseeability in the minimum contacts analysis. We then continued on to Burger King, noting that in this case the Supreme Court transformed the minimum contacts analysis into a two-part test. You can access that discussion here: Day6_CivPro_Fall2008.mp3.
